Women’s Ministry

Explore opportunities to grow in your faith with other women.

Purpose Statement

We serve Christ by serving others through Women’s Ministry. At New Covenant United Methodist Church, we believe that faith development is a lifelong process. We are committed to helping people grow in relationship with Jesus Christ.

Women’s Monthly Gatherings

Join us for a Spirit-filled morning and be ready to be inspired by top speakers, heartfelt devotionals, uplifting music, and fellowship with like-minded individuals. These gatherings not only build connections but also provide opportunities for women to grow in their faith, learn about the heart of God, and support one another.

Gatherings are held monthly, September through May at 10 AM, usually on the third Thursday of each month. All are welcome, and feel free to bring a friend.

"The Belonging Project: Finding Your Tribe and Learning to Thrive"

Mondays, October 5 - October 26, from 4:30 PM – 6 PM

"The Belonging Project" is a four-week Bible study built around four 'one another' commands in the New Testament: love one another, serve one another, build up and strengthen one another, forgive one another. Not as a checklist. As a roadmap for building the kind of community most of us have stopped believing is actually possible.

Each session goes deeper than the warm fuzzy version of community. We talk about what it actually costs to belong somewhere and what it costs the people around you when you keep showing up with your highlight reel instead of your real life.

Facilitator:  Dana Osmanski

If you have any questions, please contact Ashley Hill, First Impressions Manager - Discipleship.

Bible Studies and Small Groups

Women care for one another through tangible and prayerful support. Women’s Bible Studies and Small Groups are a wonderful opportunity to study God’s Word in a loving environment and meet new friends. Women connect by celebrating life’s milestones, having fun, and reaching out together to the greater community in service as the hands, feet, and voice of Jesus.

MOAMI

MOAMI (Moving On: Always Master Inspired) is a powerful hands-on-class that uses Biblical principles to help women strengthen their relationship with God, develop supportive friendships with other women, learn strategies to successfully move through changes, discover their unique gifts, explore their purpose, and have fun with like-minded women.

This ministry is scheduled for January 14 – March 18 2027. Registration opens November 1, 2026. For more information please contact Barb Dougal by clicking the button below.
